Privacy-first public tracking

Public tracking hides sender and receiver names, exact addresses, phone numbers, emails, payment details and internal notes. Customers see logistics information only.

Why can I not see the full address?

TransitPro protects sender and receiver privacy by showing city, state and country only on public tracking pages.

What does In Transit mean?

The shipment has left its previous checkpoint and is moving toward the next facility or destination city.

Can I download documents?

Yes, if admin has attached public documents such as receipt, invoice or proof of delivery.

What happens after delivery?

Delivered shipments can show final milestone history and proof of delivery when that file is enabled.

Why is the map simulated?

Movement is controlled by shipment progress and route data. A production API can replace the map provider later.
